Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Become services, including account use, subscriptions, and service boundaries.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for, accessing, or using Become, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Scope

Become is an identity-growth and AI coaching product currently available on iOS, with planned web services. Features may include onboarding, behavior logging, roadmap support, reports, and account settings.

You may use the service for lawful personal use. You may not use the service to violate laws, infringe rights, abuse systems, or interfere with service operations.

You can create and access an account using supported login methods (including Apple login where available). You may stop using the service at any time and may request account deletion through available channels. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or for security/risk control reasons.

Become and its related software, content, branding, and materials are owned by YiLi or applicable licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. No ownership rights are transferred to you.

7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for service interruption, delay, or data issues caused by factors beyond reasonable control, including third-party platform failures, network failures, force majeure events, or other external technical incidents.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses you may suffer due to service interruption, delay, unavailability, or degraded performance, especially where caused by force majeure or other factors outside our reasonable control.

8. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you materially violate these Terms, create security risks, commit fraud, or misuse paid features. You remain responsible for liabilities arising before termination.

9. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms shall be submitted to the competent courts in WuHan, China.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to waive participation in class or representative actions.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced at least 14 days in advance through one or more channels, including website notice, in-app notice, and/or email notice where available. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
